It's been a great companion for the last 5years. But the limitations it places on me and my need to customise the blog appearance has forced me to abandon it.

I'm sorry, I think money can buy happiness. No wait, I'm not sorry.
I started having a stable job in September last year, the hard work is finally starting to kick in. And finally for the first time in my life, I can make tangible plans with my life instead of having to worry about how I'm gonna survive till the end of the month before my next payday.
This job is not perfect, it has its kinks but at least it will buy me some form of happiness. I have sacrifices to make but at the end of the day, I will still benefit from it (unless I go crazy or superbly depressed).
I have big plans for 2007 and I hope that I can finally achieve them with that extra amount of money that I make to better myself.

I'm embarassed to say this, the big reason why I stopped dancing was the lack of extra money. I couldn't fork out enough because of the financial burdens that came along with my fashion design course. I've never mentioned it though.
-Pay back my debts.
Sooooo many debts. But thankfully, I think I can clear them soon with this job.

That would come in after I finish all the debts. :D

I managed to slp awhile after I came back from flight and spent the day at Zeng's place. :3
Met up with Bernard,Eugene,Hagen and Cara for supper at Serangoon Gardens. We had fun chatting about the happenings with our flights so far. It was nice meetin familiar people and sharing some of the silly and stupid things that happens to us. It was nice to know that Eugene thinks of us even when he was in Cairo. He drew the 3 magic numbers in the desert and took a picture of it. Anyway, the pics he took are amazing, I'm so excited when I will be visiting at the end of the month. oh damn~ I wish I would know what I can take there so I know wad to bring.
Bad stories travel around man. Even in a community of 6000, somehow stories manage to travel around just as fast. It's reallllly scary.

In any case, they changed my roster and gave me an all day standby tml, which I'm pretty sure I will kanah something, one way or another. cblj. knnbccb.
My wisdom tooth hurts, but I can't extract it until like 6mths later.

I think it's the right time to be in Zurich cause there's sale everywhere.
I was feeling pretty bored having to wake up so early in the morning and being all by myself in the crew lounge. I decided to wait and see if anyone's woken up and wanting to go out, turns out that one of my colleague will only be going out at 1pm, the sun sets at 4+pm here. =.=
So I decided to be adventurous and ventured out alone. I have no idea how to speak or read german but managed to navigate my way to the city central anyway. I took a tram and a 24hr ticket costs me around CHC7.80. The city central lis around 7 tram stops away and the tram frequency is quite short so I got there in no time.
I ventured around and shopped a hell lot, thank god for comfortable boots from Taipei. It was freezing~!!! The wind didn't help much but I managed to appreciate the nice architecture along the riverside. The churches are amazing. The different side of the river banks are conflicting, one side of the river is filled with all the old architectures like churches and museums and on the other side is a modern shopping district.
H&M seems pretty popular here, I saw a few stores but I don't see what all the buzz is about. I'm not particularly impressed with it. They have my favorite accessory store, Claire's here and I bought a pair of cute earmuffs with skulls on it. I also got myself some cosmetics that I haven't seen in Singapore yet. I think I'll blog about them when I have the time.
I also got myself a cropped winter jacket with fur hood from Zara for only CHC30. Everything's on sale~!!! woo HooOO~ I walked around for 5 hrs and decided that I'm damn tired. I'm glad my day here wasn't wasted spending time in the hotel but it was a tad too cold for me as well. Okay~ I think i'll stop here. Flight back tommorrow. I'm not looking forward to working but I wanna see my baby soon~!

Yeah...so I survived 13hrs of flying. But surprisingly I'm not too tired despite only 3hrs of sleep, my timezone is all screwed up now. It's only like 1pm in Zurich and a weird time in SG to sleep as well. But on board I was fuck tired. It feels weird zoning out in the galley and trying to make conversation to stay awake.
I'm hungry and I'm waiting in the crewroom for one of the girls to wake up first. Thank god for free wireless internet. =D
It's cold here. Around a good 4-6degrees. I haven't felt this cold since Beijing a long long long time ago.I was hoping it'd snow... But it feels good to be another continent other than Asia and Aussie. I can see the mountains from the aircraft. It's amazing and i think it's gonna look great from outer space as well.
German sounds funny in announcements, it sounds like a combinations of vulgarities, spitting and funny aboriginal jargons. HAHAHAHHA~!!!
Anyhow, I brought my camera, but seems like there's nothing in the area so far that I can take pictures of. :/ Maybe I'll head further downtown tomorrow. tra lal la~~

uhh~ sorry i haven't been able to update properly. I've been neglecting this journal alot.
Work has been....blah... I kinda dread going to work all the time. But yesterday was really encouraging. My superior was really nice and complimented me for a job well done, but i guess it's just cause there wasn't much time for me to make much mistakes.
Zurich tonight. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to it actually. 1.5days there. I hope there're things to do there.
Anyway, I'm very excited about a new personal project that I will be embarking on. But it won't be so soon, yours truely is very slow at coding things.
Anyway 2006 has been a year full of changes, eye-openers and decision making.
And I'm so glad I found you. Thank you for always being with me.
And 2007 will be a year where dreams come true.

I just came back from Sydney.
Everything was closed when I arrived.
Everything was still closed when I left.
Sucks balls.

But anyway, before I left, i managed to catch a concert.
I always dreamed of watching an orchestra play my favourite music from games and animes.
I got half the dream. It was an ensemble playing, but the feeling was great all the same.
And to top it up, YASUNORI MITSUDA was there~!!!!!!!!! He's the composer of Chrono Cross OST, MY FAVOURITE EVER SOUNDTRACK ~!!!

Yesterday marks the end of my training.
I cried at the end of the lesson knowing that I will no longer spend that much time together with my batchmates.
I still remembered that I brought my training date forward just so that I could accompany Likiang and I have never regretted that decision. I still remember the interviews, the training, the SNYs...
I will miss alot of people.
Tomorrow I start flying on my own, it's daunting and terrifying. The worst flight out of the 3 daily flights, just fantastic.
Was dropping off some cards at the mailroom just now and I bumped into Alex. ah, familiarity... it's a comforting thing.
Okay... before it gets sappy, I bought tonnes of stuff~!!! actually, they're tonnes of stuff from BIOTHERM~!!!

The graduation was today. Everything went pretty well except for some minor hiccups here and there.
Yours truely si teh zee eh best-groomed lei.. mai siao siao. XD but anyway, my candidates for the best groomed was definately different from the actual results. Someone else was definately more deserving of it. :/ but oh well...~
Yun mun was best trainee. and we had all thought that Bernie would get it, but still, Yun mun was a good choice too. Her composed self and smile definately would win alot of people over. :D
My feet has several blisters and it's hurting like fuck.
I'm both glad and sad that the training has ended. I still wanna see my batchmates. :( I just wished that someday, somehow, we would all fly together.
I'm sorry for the lack of pictures. My camera's pretty screwed. I dun even feel like bringing it out.

I am terrified to bits.
My graduation is in 2days time... after that, I'll be flying solo.
My mind is filled with work everytime I close my eyes.
I dream about nail polish chipping, the airport, call bells, uniform ripping. You name it, I've probably dreamt about it.
And when I wake up, I think about it too. I am really scared. Sometimes I think it's not worth the stress, people don't understand it... and my ego's too big to admit defeat.

It was 41 degrees. The heat is from the sun, from the ground, from the wind. And it stays in your body.
It was too hot to even get food. And by the time it's comfortable enough to go out, everything's closed. =.=

Damn, if they have a PS3 on board I wldn't be able to resist playing, but those 64-bit type games... only ppl who grew up in a gaming culture like jpn would enjoy playing. I'll stick to watching 364,683,746 movies anytime.
Adelaide this coming thurs. I'm not thrilled but I would hope to see some tellytubbie-esque landscapes. It would be nice to take some photos there.
